support hours. We also get free 24/7 Microsoft Professional Support on most
of their business & network products. Microsoft normally charge $245
to $490 per problem for
it. But you just pay our lower hourly service rate, which is as little as
1/6 of what they charge to diagnose each problem. And a Novell Certified NetWare Engineer (CNE) is available for Novell
NetWare service. Most other brands of computer hardware and software
are also available with our service.
Remote diagnostics &
troubleshooting are now available for Windows 2000, XP & Vista computers
anywhere in the United States. You just need a working high-speed Internet
connection. We can even update & repair some problems remotely. And
it costs 20% less than our similar onsite service. Most of our Standard &
Managed Services below & all of our Internet Services are also available
